Absolutely delightful. I never saw anything like this in my life. Especially loved the Danes who broke into fully formed Southern English. Priceless. Thank you, Col. Switter.
Never in my wildest dreams would I imagine a tractor being a musical instrument, but there we are. My husband loves antique farm machines. We have (had) an annual show of such machinery here that Jeff loves to attend. One year, the whole family went, including our then two-year-old grandson. If it moves, it grooves for him and he was especially fascinated by a water pump that had a piston that went up and down. A little American flag was attached and it kept him spellbound for a long time. I had to drag him, kicking and screaming to watch the tractor pull contest. thumpthumpthump
They are whimsical musicians, sure, but so delightful!
I love listening to the hit and miss engines that were used to pump water and other chores, and after so many years of hard work, it’s right that they produce a few minutes of joy.
Love the hot bulb engine!!
Some of the old marine engines would make good rhythm sections, too!

Danish hillbillies.

If you get a chance check out the "Seagulls" playing ACDC Thunderstruck with a banjo, along with an anvil.
Total hillbilly version, and totally better than the original!
I just saw it and want to listen to it.
